Within 24-48 hours of purchasing your commissioned piece (custom size canvas panel abstract art), you will receive a personal email to begin your consultation.
- You’ll be asked to provide 2-3 colors that you WANT included as well as 2-3 colors you DON’T want in the piece.
- At this time, if you would prefer a traditional canvas instead of a panel please let me know.
- Any time constraints should be disclosed at this time.
A mockup/preview of your custom work will be created and sent to you via email.
- You will then have the opportunity to request any changes before the final piece is created.
- Your painting will be completed within 2-3 weeks after edit requests and will be delivered to you once final payment is received via Paypal.
SHIPPING:
Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $350! All other custom domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $10. Shipping for international orders starts at $15.00 and is determined on a case by case basis. Local buyers in the New York/New Jersey area can opt to pick up their purchases at a later date. New Jersey sales tax applies and a separate invoice will be issued to handle any extra fees.
Additional fees are added to all rush jobs for gifts, the holidays or any other special occasion. Please factor in your desired delivery date and allow at least 2 weeks for your item to arrive.
RETURNS:
Each painting and the concept around it is created with extreme care. Great lengths are made to achieve your desired vision and because of this, all deposits and final payments are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, store credit will be offered toward a future purchase!
